New support options

We have added additional ways to get the help you need. For starters, please start emailing [email protected] for any feature request, bug reports, etc. You can also submit a bug report from the app using the "Submit a bug report" option. You can also chat with us using the chat option.

This will be the default support option for Merchants, and we are working on the ability for you to offer your own support integrations such as Intercom or ZenDesk.

Improvements & Fixes

  • Improved how the contact information is displayed on the application detail page.
  • Fixed an issue where the timeline wouldn't show submitted status for declined applications.
