Improvements and Bug Fixes

• The merchant list is now paginated, which should increase load times as we onboard more merchants.
• The merchant can now be searched by their name or App ID
• The default programs for a GreenSky application have been updated to only "2740"
• Property users can now see GreenSky plans.
• Improved dashboard stats for Property users
• Searching or filtering the application list will now update the url, so it can be shared to bookmarked.
